3. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we are committed to providing the highest quality guidance and genuinely care about your wellbeing, Vaastuvibes makes no guarantees of specific results, outcomes, or timelines. Spiritual and energetic healing modalities work differently for each individual. Results depend on a variety of factors including the client's own effort, openness, and life circumstances. 4. Booking & Payment
All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our official booking system. Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Vaastuvibes is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the full session fee. If Vaastuvibes cancels or reschedules a session, clients will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during consultations — including birth details, health information, family matters, and financial circumstances — is treated with the strictest confidentiality. Vaastuvibes will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vaastuvibes website — including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Vaastuvibes LLC and is protected under applicable copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Vaastuvibes.
8. Online Sessions & Technology
Online consultations are conducted via video call platforms including Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp Video. Vaastuvibes is not responsible for technical issues on the client's end, including poor internet connectivity, device failure, or platform outages. If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details (name, date, time, and place of birth) where required for astrological services. Vaastuvibes accepts no liability for inaccuracies in readings resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. Clients are also responsible for implementing any remedies or recommendations at their own discretion and risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vaastuvibes LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the implementation of any recommendations provided. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Vaastuvibes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
